First Majestic Silver Corp. engages in the production, development, exploration, and acquisition of mineral properties, with a focus on silver and gold production in North America. It owns and operates producing mines in Mexico, including the Santa Elena Silver & Gold Mine, the Los Gatos Silver Mine, the San Dimas Silver & Gold Mine, and the La Encantada Silver Mine. It also owns the Jerritt Canyon Gold Mine in Nevada, USA, which is currently in the process of restarting. The company was founded by Keith Neumeyer on September 26, 1979 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.

Earnings Per Share (EPS): Reported at $0.21, which missed consensus analyst expectations of $0.25 to $0.26 per share, however, this represents a significant increase compared to an adjusted EPS of $0.04 in Q2 2025.
Revenue: Reached $415.5 million (up approximately 53% to 57% year-over-year from $264.2 million in Q2 2025), missing analyst projections which were targeted closer to $432 million. Silver accounted for roughly 60% of the total revenue.
Cash Flow & EBITDA: Adjusted EBITDA more than doubled to $252 million. Operating cash flow before working capital changes stood at $248.3 million ($0.50 per share), and the company generated $194.6 million in free cash flow.

The technical picture is bullish, with the current price of $20.97 above the rising 40 week moving average of $19.55. The MACD-V indicator on the weekly periodicity has now crossed into positive territory and the 14 week relative strength index is at 55% and rising. The next significant resistance is at $24.50. The Elasticity 2.0 trading system generated a buy signal at $18.40 on August 7th 2026 with a protective stop at $15.00.
